Warranty: A One (1) Year Manufacturer’s Defect Warranty is included from the date of purchase. Please note: You must complete an online form to activate your warranty within fifteen (15) days of receiving your unit. If you have received a product from us and believe there is a manufacturer’s defect and you have activated your warranty coverage within the allotted time frame, please call 724-463-6101 to speak with a representative for assistance. If the item is found to be defective it will be repaired or a replacement will be sent to you at no charge.
Returns: All items returned for any reason must be completed within 30 days of the date purchased and accompanied by the original invoice, a Return Authorization Number and original packaging (if applicable). Customers can obtain a Return Authorization Number in writing from M.D.C. Romani, Inc. via e-mail by filling out our online Return Authorization Request Form. If you cannot complete this form online, please call 724-463-6101 and speak with a representative for assistance. Customer is responsible for return shipping charges. Once the item has been received in our facility, we review items for any signs of use or damage and, then refund the original purchase payment method. A restocking fee up to twenty percent (20%) may be assessed if item can no longer be sold in new condition, including damage to packing of product bags, accessories, and instructions. ALL electrical components are NOT eligible for return.
Repairs: Although we believe our products can be easily maintained by customers themselves, we do offer repair services at our facility. When submitting an item for repairs, customers must first complete an online Repair Request Form. If you cannot complete this form online, please call 724-463-6101 to speak with a representative for assistance. Customer will be subject to a minimum of one hour labor fee ($75.00) plus return shipping.
