All items returned for any reason must be completed within 30 days of the date purchase and accompanied by the original invoice, a Return Authorization Number and original packaging if applicable. Customers can obtain a Return Authorization Number in writing from M.D.C. Romani, Inc. via e-mail by filling out this Return Authorization Request Form. If you cannot complete this form online, please call and speak with a representative for assistance. Customers are responsible for return shipping charges. A UPS label for your return item can be requested. Once the returned item has been received in our facility, we will review the item for any signs of use or damage. A restocking fee up to twenty percent (20%) may be assessed if item can no longer be sold in new condition, including damage to packing of product bags, accessories, and instructions. We will then refund the customer using the original purchase payment method. Electrical component parts are NOT eligible for return.
